Welcome to House of AMODH ("AMODH", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our artisanal luxury car perfumes and concentrated diffuser formulations. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Artisanal Formulations & Product Use
Every AMODH car perfume is hand-poured in small batches using 100% pure fragrance extractions and wooden diffuser caps. Products must be used strictly as directed on the packaging for vehicle interior diffusion. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
3. Pricing & Order Acceptance
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices, update fragrance profiles, or discontinue items without prior notice. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud or stock unavailability.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All brand marks, logos, scent profiles, product names, photography, and digital assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of House of AMODH. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
